Academic Plan¶
The Academic plan is free for students. Zelos reviews each request.
What it includes¶

Cloud storage stops at 100 GB. It is never billed for overage. See Cloud Storage and Billing.
Apply¶
- Create an organization for your team, or open the one you have.
- As the organization owner, open Billing in the console.
- On the Academic row, choose Apply.
- Confirm your school email: enter it, then enter the 6-digit code we send to it.
- Say in one line what your team builds, and choose Send request.
A Zelos admin reviews each request. The organization stays on the Free plan while you wait. We email you when the request is approved, or with the reason if it isn't. You can apply again.
Everyone already in the organization needs a confirmed school email at your school before the request can be approved. Each of them sees a prompt to confirm it on the organization's Overview page.
Who can join¶
From the moment you apply, only people with a confirmed school email at your school can join. When you invite someone, the invitation says so. They confirm their school email with a 6-digit code before they accept. Each school email belongs to one Zelos account.
